Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Maintains facilities, buildings and equipment including both interior and exterior locations.

Works closely with suppliers and service providers to ensure maintenance and repairs are completed according to schedules and contracts.

Maintains communications with facility proprietors, security personnel and first responders as needed to ensure safety of company employees and property. Serves as the company Emergency Contact.

Collaborates with upper management on, and participates in, selection of facility and service providers.
-
Performs general administrative tasks such as on-site visitor oversight (first person most visitors will see), call management, mail handling and general supply inventories.

Follows all required Company procedures, including quality and safety procedures, and maintains complete and accurate records.

Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information.

Maintains corporate files, keeping critical business information accessible.

Supports execution of purchasing activities including material research, order placement, order processing, inventory management and record keeping.

Supports verification of purchases/purchase orders by comparing items received to items ordered and works directly with suppliers on issue resolution.

Supports in-coming and out-going material deliveries and shipments.

Supports business financial operations by authorizing and coordinating supplier payments; maintains all supportive and necessary receipts/records.

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
-
Experience with facility/property/office management or maintenance.
-
Experience with management of supplier and contractor relationships.
-
Five or more years of related experience.
Work Location:
This is a full-time exempt role that is on-site at 1105 Western Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio. Core business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. The responsibilities of this position do not allow for a remote work schedule.
Other Considerations:

This position reports to the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance. It does not have any direct reports.

This position requires up to 5% travel; international travel is not expected. You may be required to travel locally for general business support items such as procurement of supplies or materials.
